#### 65 Obstructing person acting under this Part (1) A person must not engage in conduct that results in the obstruction or hindering of a person in the exercise of the power under this Part. Penalty: 2 years imprisonment. (1A) Subsection (1) does not apply to the extent that the person has a reasonable excuse. > Note: A defendant bears an evidential burden in relation to the matters in this subsection, see subsection 13.3(3) of the Criminal Code.
