In relation to the Schedule of charges above:

(a) Each of the charges is not subject to GST under the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999.
(b) APRA may waive or refund, in whole or part, any amount of charge specified in the Schedule of charges if APRA is satisfied that it is appropriate in the circumstances. A waiver is only effective if it is given by APRA in writing.
