61B Information about number of voluntarily cancelled Australian carbon credit units
As soon as practicable after one or more Australian carbon credit units held by a person are cancelled under section 64B, the Regulator must publish on the Regulator’s website: (a) the name of the person; and (b) the total number of Australian carbon credit units cancelled.
