#### 60B Information about safeguard mechanism credit units The legislative rules may require the Regulator to: (a) publish on the Regulator’s website specified information about: (i) safeguard mechanism credit units for which there are entries in Registry accounts; and (ii) the registered holders of such units; and (b) do so in accordance with specified requirements. > Note: For specification by class, see subsection 13(3) of the Legislation Act 2003.
