#### 48H Equitable interests in relation to a safeguard mechanism credit unit
(1) This Act does not affect:
(a) the creation of; or
(b) any dealings with; or
(c) the enforcement of;
equitable interests in relation to a safeguard mechanism credit unit.
(2) Subsection (1) is enacted for the avoidance of doubt.
