#### 14 Units in certain accounts cannot be transferred (1) The regulations may provide that, if there is an entry for a Kyoto unit in a specified Commonwealth Registry account, the unit cannot be transferred. (2) Regulations made for the purposes of subsection (1) have effect despite any other provision of this Act or the Carbon Credits (Carbon Farming Initiative) Act 2011.
