Australian National Railways Commission Regulations

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Australian National Railways Commission Act 1983.

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Australian National Railways Commission Regulations.

Interpretation

2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears, "the Act" means the Australian National Railways Commission Act 1983.

Limitation on contracts

3. For the purposes of paragraph 7 (1) (a) of the Act, the amount of $2,100,000 is prescribed.
