#### 40A Transfer of certain assets, liabilities etc. from Commission to Film Australia (1) The Commission shall transfer, or cause to be transferred, to Film Australia such assets as the Minister specifies in writing, being assets that were, immediately before the commencing day, owned by the Commission and held or used in connection with its special functions. (2) Film Australia becomes, on the commencing day, by force of this subsection, liable to pay and discharge all debts, liabilities and obligations incurred by the Commission before the commencing day in connection with its special functions.
