#### 6A Citizenship for persons adopted in accordance with the Hague Convention on Intercountry Adoption or a bilateral arrangement (1) For the purposes of the definition of Bilateral Arrangements regulations in subsection 19C(4) of the Act, the Family Law (Bilateral Arrangements—Intercountry Adoption) Regulations 2023 are prescribed. (2) For the purposes of the definition of Intercountry Adoption regulations in subsection 19C(4) of the Act, the Family Law (Hague Convention on Intercountry Adoption) Regulations 1998 are prescribed.
