10 Circumstances in which the Secretary may allow a later day
For the purposes of subsection 10(1A) of the Act, the Secretary may allow a later day for a person to make an application for Australian apprenticeship support loan in circumstances that: (a) are beyond the person’s control; and (b) make it impracticable for the person to make an application for Australian apprenticeship support loan on or before the final day of the instalment period.
