#### 54 Delegation by the CEO (1) The CEO may delegate, in writing, all or any of the CEO’s functions and powers under this Act or the Quality Agency Principles to a member of the staff of the Quality Agency. (2) In exercising his or her powers under subsection (1), the CEO is to have regard to the powers to be exercised by the delegate and the responsibilities of the officer to whom the power is delegated. (3) A delegate must comply with any written directions of the CEO.
