sec.89 Duration of appointment of auditor-general not affected
This section applies to the appointment of the auditor-general that was in force immediately before the replacement of section 10 by the Parliamentary Service and Other Acts Amendment Act 2011 . The appointment continues in force until the end of the term stated in the auditor-general’s instrument of appointment or the appointment otherwise ends under this Act. The person holding the appointment can not be reappointed under section 10. s 89 ins 2011 No. 24 s 31 (sec.89-ssec.1) This section applies to the appointment of the auditor-general that was in force immediately before the replacement of section 10 by the Parliamentary Service and Other Acts Amendment Act 2011 . (sec.89-ssec.2) The appointment continues in force until the end of the term stated in the auditor-general’s instrument of appointment or the appointment otherwise ends under this Act. (sec.89-ssec.3) The person holding the appointment can not be reappointed under section 10.
