sec.88 Existing audits of performance management systems
This section applies if, before the commencement— the auditor-general started an audit of performance management systems of a public sector entity other than a GOC or controlled entity of a GOC under section 38; and the audit has not been finished. On the commencement, the auditor-general may finish the audit as if section 38 had not been amended by the Parliamentary Service and Other Acts Amendment Act 2011 . In this section— commencement means the commencement of this section. s 88 ins 2011 No. 24 s 31 (sec.88-ssec.1) This section applies if, before the commencement— the auditor-general started an audit of performance management systems of a public sector entity other than a GOC or controlled entity of a GOC under section 38; and the audit has not been finished. (sec.88-ssec.2) On the commencement, the auditor-general may finish the audit as if section 38 had not been amended by the Parliamentary Service and Other Acts Amendment Act 2011 . (sec.88-ssec.3) In this section— commencement means the commencement of this section.
- (a) the auditor-general started an audit of performance management systems of a public sector entity other than a GOC or controlled entity of a GOC under section 38; and
- (b) the audit has not been finished.
