sec.73 Regulation-making power
The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act. A regulation may create offences and prescribe penalties for the offences of not more than 5 penalty units. (sec.73-ssec.1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act. (sec.73-ssec.2) A regulation may create offences and prescribe penalties for the offences of not more than 5 penalty units.
