sec.35 Audits at request of Legislative Assembly
If the Legislative Assembly, by resolution, requests the auditor-general to conduct an audit of a matter relating to the financial administration of a public sector entity, the auditor-general must conduct the audit. This section does not apply to the financial administration of the audit office. (sec.35-ssec.1) If the Legislative Assembly, by resolution, requests the auditor-general to conduct an audit of a matter relating to the financial administration of a public sector entity, the auditor-general must conduct the audit. (sec.35-ssec.2) This section does not apply to the financial administration of the audit office.
