sec.28 Restriction on employment or engagement of person
A person may not be employed under section 22 or 26 , or engaged under section 27 , unless the person has given the auditor-general written consent to obtain the information mentioned in section 29 (1) (a) and (b) in relation to the person’s criminal history. s 28 amd 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3 sub 2022 No. 33 s 14 amd 2024 No. 3 s 8
