sec.25 Declaration of interests and conflicts of interest
Section 12 applies to the deputy auditor-general in the same way as it applies to the auditor-general. If the deputy auditor-general is acting as auditor-general, section 12A applies to the deputy auditor-general in the same way as it applies to the auditor-general. s 25 amd 2010 No. 37 s 13 (sec.25-ssec.1) Section 12 applies to the deputy auditor-general in the same way as it applies to the auditor-general. (sec.25-ssec.2) If the deputy auditor-general is acting as auditor-general, section 12A applies to the deputy auditor-general in the same way as it applies to the auditor-general.
