sec.24 Deputy auditor-general subject only to direction of auditor-general
The deputy auditor-general is not subject to direction by any person, other than the auditor-general, about— the way in which the auditor-general’s powers in relation to audit are to be exercised; or the priority to be given to audit matters. s 24 amd 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3 ; 2022 No. 33 s 12
