sec.17 Grounds for removal or suspension from office
The following are grounds for removal or suspension of the auditor-general from office— proved incapacity, incompetence or misconduct; conviction of an indictable offence; being an insolvent under administration. s 17 amd 2023 No. 23 s 247 sch 1 s 2 (4)
- (a) proved incapacity, incompetence or misconduct;
- (b) conviction of an indictable offence;
- (c) being an insolvent under administration.
