sec.74A Publishing of certain decisions on investigation about architect
This section applies if the board decides— to caution or reprimand an architect under section 73 (2) (c) ; or to impose a condition on an architect’s registration under section 73 (2) (d) . The board may notify the decision, and reasons for the decision, on the board’s website. The board must not act under subsection (2) until the particulars of the decision are included in the register under section 102 . s 74A ins 2010 No. 18 s 25 ; 2020 No. 24 s 153 s ch 1 pt 1 (sec.74A-ssec.1) This section applies if the board decides— to caution or reprimand an architect under section 73 (2) (c) ; or to impose a condition on an architect’s registration under section 73 (2) (d) . (sec.74A-ssec.2) The board may notify the decision, and reasons for the decision, on the board’s website. (sec.74A-ssec.3) The board must not act under subsection (2) until the particulars of the decision are included in the register under section 102 .
