sec.62J Application of division
The powers under this division may be exercised if the investigator enters a place under section 62A . However, if an investigator enters a place to get the occupier’s consent to enter a place, this division applies to the investigator only if the consent is given or the entry is otherwise authorised. s 62J ins 2020 No. 24 s 17 (sec.62J-ssec.1) The powers under this division may be exercised if the investigator enters a place under section 62A .
