sec.62H Defect in relation to a warrant
A warrant is not invalidated by a defect in— the warrant; or compliance with this subdivision; unless the defect affects the substance of the warrant in a material particular. s 62H ins 2020 No. 24 s 17
- (a) the warrant; or
- (b) compliance with this subdivision;
