sec.48 Appointment and qualifications
The board may appoint a person as an investigator. The person must be an individual who is not a board member. However, the board may appoint a person as an investigator only if the board is satisfied the person is appropriately qualified. s 48 amd 2020 No. 24 s 153 s ch 1 pt 1 (sec.48-ssec.1) The board may appoint a person as an investigator.
