sec.35G Payment for heath assessment and report
The board is liable for the cost of the health assessment and the preparation of the health assessment report. However, if the assessment is that the subject architect is currently unable to competently and safely practise as an architect, the board may require the architect, by notice, to pay the board the amount of the cost of the assessment and of the preparation of the health assessment report. The amount mentioned in subsection (2) is a debt payable to the board. s 35G ins 2010 No. 18 s 20 (sec.35G-ssec.1) The board is liable for the cost of the health assessment and the preparation of the health assessment report. (sec.35G-ssec.2) However, if the assessment is that the subject architect is currently unable to competently and safely practise as an architect, the board may require the architect, by notice, to pay the board the amount of the cost of the assessment and of the preparation of the health assessment report. (sec.35G-ssec.3) The amount mentioned in subsection (2) is a debt payable to the board.
