sec.35A Inquiries about fitness to practise as an architect
This section applies to the following persons (each a relevant person )— an individual applying for registration as an architect under section 8 ; an architect applying for renewal of registration under section 18 ; an individual applying for restoration of the person’s registration under section 23 . The board may make inquiries about the relevant person to help in deciding whether the person is, or continues to be, fit to practise as an architect. s 35A ins 2010 No. 18 s 19 (sec.35A-ssec.1) This section applies to the following persons (each a relevant person )— an individual applying for registration as an architect under section 8 ; an architect applying for renewal of registration under section 18 ; an individual applying for restoration of the person’s registration under section 23 . (sec.35A-ssec.2) The board may make inquiries about the relevant person to help in deciding whether the person is, or continues to be, fit to practise as an architect.
- (a) an individual applying for registration as an architect under section 8 ;
