sec.162 Continuing effect of qualifications under repealed Act
Subsection (2) applies— despite the repeal of the repealed Act; and only until the commencement of the Architects Amendment Act 2010 . A person is taken to be qualified for registration under section 10(1) if the person complies with the requirements for registration under section 16(1)(a) and (b) of the repealed Act. s 162 amd 2010 No. 18 s 42 (sec.162-ssec.1) Subsection (2) applies— despite the repeal of the repealed Act; and only until the commencement of the Architects Amendment Act 2010 . (sec.162-ssec.2) A person is taken to be qualified for registration under section 10(1) if the person complies with the requirements for registration under section 16(1)(a) and (b) of the repealed Act.
