sec.157 Continuing investigations
This section applies to a person who— is appointed as an investigator under section 31 of the repealed Act; and immediately before the commencement, is investigating the conduct of an architect under the repealed Act. On the commencement, the person is taken to be an investigator under section 48 and may continue the investigation under this Act. (sec.157-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who— is appointed as an investigator under section 31 of the repealed Act; and immediately before the commencement, is investigating the conduct of an architect under the repealed Act. (sec.157-ssec.2) On the commencement, the person is taken to be an investigator under section 48 and may continue the investigation under this Act.
- (a) is appointed as an investigator under section 31 of the repealed Act; and
- (b) immediately before the commencement, is investigating the conduct of an architect under the repealed Act.
