sec.153 Vesting of former board’s pending legal proceedings
This section applies to a legal proceeding that— was taken by or against a following person before the commencement— the former board; a member of the former board in the person’s capacity as a member of the former board; and has not been finished before the commencement. From the commencement, the proceeding may be continued and finished by or against the board.
