sec.149 Particular members of former board continue in office
This section applies to a person who is a member of the former board immediately before the commencement if the person’s term of appointment as a member would, other than for this section, have ended before the commencement of section 148 of this Act. Despite section 8 of the repealed Act, the person continues as a member of the former board until it is dissolved under section 148 of this Act.
