sec.131 Orders relating to former architect

This section applies if the tribunal decides that a disciplinary ground is established against a person who is not an architect at the time of the tribunal’s decision. The tribunal may decide— to take no action against the person; or to do 1 or more of the following— order the person to pay a stated amount of not more than the equivalent of 200 penalty units; make an order reprimanding the person; make an order disqualifying, indefinitely or for a stated period, the person from obtaining registration as an architect. s 131 amd 2010 No. 18 s 37 (sec.131-ssec.1) This section applies if the tribunal decides that a disciplinary ground is established against a person who is not an architect at the time of the tribunal’s decision. (sec.131-ssec.2) The tribunal may decide— to take no action against the person; or to do 1 or more of the following— order the person to pay a stated amount of not more than the equivalent of 200 penalty units; make an order reprimanding the person; make an order disqualifying, indefinitely or for a stated period, the person from obtaining registration as an architect.

• (a) to take no action against the person; or
