sec.12 Deciding application
The board must consider each application for registration made under section 8 and either grant or refuse to grant the application as soon as practicable after the last of the following events to happen— the board receives the application; the board receives all necessary information to decide the application. s 12 amd 2010 No. 18 s 8
- (a) the board receives the application;
- (b) the board receives all necessary information to decide the application.
