##### 9 Reports on anti‑dumping matters
(1) The Minister may, by notice in writing delivered to the Authority before the transfer day, request the Authority to consider, and prepare and give to the Minister a report on, an anti‑dumping matter specified in the notice, and the Authority shall comply with the request as soon as practicable.
(2) The Authority may, where it considers it appropriate to do so, consider, and prepare and give to the Minister a report on, any anti‑dumping matter.
(3) For the purposes of subsection (2), the Authority must not:
(a) commence to consider an anti‑dumping matter on or after the transfer day; and
(b) report to the Minister later than 120 days after commencing its consideration of that matter.
