##### 3A Anti‑dumping measures not to apply to goods of New Zealand origin (1) This Act, so far as it relates to duty that may become payable under section 8 or 9 of the Dumping Duty Act, does not apply to goods that are the produce or manufacture of New Zealand. (2) Division 1A of Part VIII of the Customs Act 1901 applies in determining the question whether goods are the produce or manufacture of New Zealand for the purposes of this Act in the same way that it applies in determining that question for the purposes of Part XVB of that Act. (3) In this section: > goods includes goods imported into Australia before the commencement of this section.
