##### 33 Confidentiality
(1) The member, a person whose services are being made available to the Authority under section 30 or a person engaged as a consultant under section 31 shall not, except for the purposes of this Act, supply information to a person if the supplying of the information would constitute a breach of confidence.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to the supply of information to:
(a) the Minister;
(b) the Secretary to the Department;
(c) an officer of the Department designated by the Secretary to the Department;
(d) the CEO; or
(e) an officer of the Australian Customs Service designated by the CEO.
