##### 30 Provision of resources to Authority (1) The member shall arrange with the Minister for sufficient resources (including personnel) to be made available to the Authority to enable the Authority to perform its functions effectively. (2) While a person is performing services for the Authority under such an arrangement, the person shall perform those services in accordance with the directions of the Authority.
