##### 28 Availability of reports etc. of Authority (1) As soon as practicable after giving to the Minister a copy of a report under section 7 or 9, or giving to the CEO a notice under section 8, the Authority shall: (a) subject to subsection (2), make copies of the report, or notice, freely available to the public; or (b) cause to be published in the Gazette a statement informing the public of the existence of the report or notice and of the manner in which copies of the report or notice may be obtained. (2) The Authority shall ensure that all matters that would, in the Authority’s opinion, adversely affect the business or commercial interests of any person have been removed from the copies of reports and notices made available to the public.
