#### 85 Meetings of the Board 85 Meetings of the Board > > (1) The procedure for the calling of meetings of the Board and for the conduct of business at those meetings shall, subject to this Act, be as determined by the Board. > > > (2) The President shall preside at all meetings of the Board at which he or she is present. > > > (3) Three members shall form a quorum at any meeting of the Board and any duly convened meeting at which a quorum is present shall be competent to transact any business of the Board. > > > (4) A decision of a majority of the members present at a meeting of the Board at which a quorum is present shall be the decision of the Board. > > > (5) The President or member presiding shall have a deliberative vote and, in the event of an equality of votes, shall have a second or casting vote. > > **s 85:** Am 1981 No 15, Sch 2 (5); 1994 No 28, Sch 5 (16).
