124 Obstruction
> A person shall not, without lawful excuse, wilfully obstruct, hinder or resist—
>
> > (a) the President, or a member of staff of the President, in the exercise of his or her functions under Division 2 of Part 9, or
>
> > (b) a member of the Board, or the Public Service Commissioner or a member of staff of the Public Service Commission, in the exercise of his or her functions under this Act or the regulations.

> Maximum penalty—50 penalty units in the case of a body corporate or 10 penalty units in any other case.
