23 Accommodation to be kept clean
A person who keeps pigs must not allow excreta to accumulate in the accommodation that is housing the pigs to the extent that –
(a) there is no clean area where the pigs may lie down; or
(b) the health or wellbeing of the pigs is affected.
Penalty: In the case of –
(a) a body corporate, a fine not exceeding 100 penalty units; or
(b) a natural person, a fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
