Signage—wall signs
(1) Must be attached to the wall of a building (other than the transom of a doorway or display window).
(2) Must not cover more than 50% of the wall surface.
(3) The upper and lower 1m of the wall must be free of signage.
(4) Maximum number in residential and conservation zones—1 per lot.
(5) Maximum number in rural, employment, mixed use and recreational zones—2 per lot.
