Signage in Zone E2—above awning signs
(1) Must not cover windows or doors above awning level.
(2) Must be non-illuminated.
(3) Must not cover more than 50% of the above awning building face.
(4) Must be centred on the wall.
(5) Must not be located on or in, or in relation to, a heritage item or draft heritage item.
(6) Maximum number—1 per lot.
