Fuel tanks in Zone RU1 Primary Production
(1) Must be located above ground.
(2) Must be less than 6m above ground level (existing).
(3) Must not be used for commercial or industrial activities unless ancillary to primary lawful land use.
(4) Must not have a capacity more than 5,000L.
(5) Must be constructed of prefabricated materials, freestanding and not rely on other structures for support.
(6) Must be located at least 30m from each lot boundary.
(7) Must be located at least 100m from a classified road.
(8) Must be located at least 40m from a river (inclusive of watercourses, tributary, branch or other watercourse).
(9) Must not be located on a ridgeline or in a visually prominent location.
(10) Must comply with AS 1940—2004, The storage and handling of flammable and combustible liquids.
(11) Must not be located within bush fire prone land.
