(1) This clause applies to following land at South Albury—

(a) part of Lot 1, DP 1087117, Wodonga Place,

(b) part of Lot 4120, DP 1087043, being part of 317 Wodonga Place,

(c) Lot 1, DP 542181, 323 Wodonga Place,

and identified as “11A” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.

(2) Development for any of the following purposes is permitted with development consent—

(a) business premises,

(b) office premises,

(c) function centres,

(d) food and drink premises,

(e) shops.
