Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This instrument, made by a delegate of the Civil Aviation Safety Authority under subregulation 39.001(1) of the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998, revokes nine listed Airworthiness Directives for Morava L200 series aeroplanes and re‑issues each as a separate, identical instrument. It affects owners and operators of Morava L200 aircraft, who remain required to comply with the same AD obligations; the delegate has re‑made the instruments to ensure the latest published editions are the operative legal instruments.
