Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This instrument, made by a CASA delegate, formally revokes the listed Airworthiness Directive(s) and re‑makes each as a separate legal instrument. It specifically applies to AD/AVID/1 (Wing Structural Integrity) for Avid Flyer Series aeroplanes.

Because each AD is re‑made “in exactly the same form” as the latest published edition, existing obligations for owners/operators remain unchanged—this is a procedural re‑issuance, not a substantive change.
