sec.7 Classes of commercial operator’s licence— Act , s 16
For section 16 (1) of the Act , the following classes of a commercial operator’s licence are prescribed— a commercial operator’s licence, restricted to herbicides or equipment stated in the licence (a restricted commercial operator’s licence ); a commercial operator’s licence, not restricted to herbicides or equipment stated in the licence (an unrestricted commercial operator’s licence ).
