sec.36 Existing applications for distribution permits
This section applies if— before the commencement, an application was made under the repealed regulation, section 39 for a distribution permit; and immediately before the commencement, the application had not been dealt with. The application is taken to have been made under section 24 of this regulation and must be dealt with under part 5, division 3, subdivision 3 of this regulation. (sec.36-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, an application was made under the repealed regulation, section 39 for a distribution permit; and immediately before the commencement, the application had not been dealt with. (sec.36-ssec.2) The application is taken to have been made under section 24 of this regulation and must be dealt with under part 5, division 3, subdivision 3 of this regulation.
- (a) before the commencement, an application was made under the repealed regulation, section 39 for a distribution permit; and
- (b) immediately before the commencement, the application had not been dealt with.
