sec.29 Right of review
This section applies if the applicant must be given an information notice under section 27 (2) or 28 for a decision of the chief executive— to issue the distribution permit on conditions; or to refuse to grant the application. The applicant may apply to QCAT, as provided under the QCAT Act , for a review of the decision. (sec.29-ssec.1) This section applies if the applicant must be given an information notice under section 27 (2) or 28 for a decision of the chief executive— to issue the distribution permit on conditions; or to refuse to grant the application. (sec.29-ssec.2) The applicant may apply to QCAT, as provided under the QCAT Act , for a review of the decision.
- (a) to issue the distribution permit on conditions; or
- (b) to refuse to grant the application.
