sec.25 Decision on application
The chief executive must consider the application and decide to grant, or refuse to grant, the application. If the chief executive does not make a decision under subsection (1) within 3 months after the day the application is made, the chief executive is taken— to have decided to refuse to grant the application; and to have given the applicant an information notice for the decision on the last day of that period. (sec.25-ssec.1) The chief executive must consider the application and decide to grant, or refuse to grant, the application.
