sec.21 Conditions for hazardous area no. 1
This section applies in relation to hazardous area no. 1. Aerial distribution of picloram, or of an ester formulation of MCPA or 2,4-D, must not be carried out unless the person carrying out the distribution holds a distribution permit that allows the person to carry out the distribution. Ground distribution of picloram, or of an ester formulation of MCPA or 2,4-D, must not be carried out unless— the person carrying out the distribution holds a distribution permit that allows the person to carry out the distribution; or the distribution is by an authorised technique. (sec.21-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to hazardous area no. 1. (sec.21-ssec.2) Aerial distribution of picloram, or of an ester formulation of MCPA or 2,4-D, must not be carried out unless the person carrying out the distribution holds a distribution permit that allows the person to carry out the distribution. (sec.21-ssec.3) Ground distribution of picloram, or of an ester formulation of MCPA or 2,4-D, must not be carried out unless— the person carrying out the distribution holds a distribution permit that allows the person to carry out the distribution; or the distribution is by an authorised technique.
